Babies, Toddlers and Tots Executive Function Parent Series

An event every week that begins at 3:30pm on Thursday, repeating until April 19, 2018

Rush NeuroBehavioral Center is hosting a parent series on Executive Function Skills (self-regulation, problem solving, planning) for parents and caregivers of children 6 months to 3 years of age. Learn ways to develop executive function skills through activities that foster language/literacy, imaginative play, and movement. Participants will receive a copy of the Babies, Toddlers and Tots Guidebook full of information on child development, setting up play spaces, creating routines to reduce stress and anxiety, reading for cognitive development and ways to use play to help develop critical thinking and problem solving. Each session will last 30 mins and include an activity to do with your child as well as take home materials and books. The three-session series will meet at 3:30pm on Thursday April 5th, 12th, and 19th. Kids may play before or after. Questions contact Allie Baron at allie_baron@rush.edu or call 847.763.7953
