Parties – Chicago

The Little Beans Café birthday experience will be the most fun party in town for both kids AND parents. We fulfill all of the desires and wishes of our birthday boy/girl to make the party a birthday celebration they’ll never forget. Parents can relax and enjoy some time with friends in our comfortable café or parents lounge while our staff takes care of every detail of your child’s special day.

Party packages include the basics or full service planning and customized activities. We handle every detail so you can have time to socialize with your guests.  We also offer customized party packages for your Baby Shower, Mom’s Group Outings and other special occasions. Private Parties

Private Party Timeslot options:
  • Saturday: 4:00-6:00pm
  • Sunday: 4:00-6:00pm

Parties last between 2 – 2.5 hours depending on the package.

Private Party Option 1 – Room Rental Only: $550

  • Private rental of the entire 6,300 sq ft facility – 2 hrs
  • Includes 1.5  hours of play in the playspace and 30 min for cake in the cafe
  • Includes 3 dedicated staff for set-up/clean-up
  • Includes 30 minutes prior to the party for set-up

* Based on 30 kid party (plus parents). Each additional kids over 30 is $5. Add on options available during booking.

Private Party Option 2 – Just A Little Help: $775

  • Private rental of the entire 6,300 sq ft facility – 2 hrs
  • Includes 1.5  hours of play in the playspace and 30 min for cake in the cafe
  • Three dedicated staff for set-up + clean-up
  • 30 minutes prior to the party for set-up
  • Drinks (juice, soda, mini water bottles)
  • Paper Products (white dinner + cake plates, napkins, utensils, cups)
  • Goodie Bags

Private Party Option 3 – The Whole Shebang: $1,175

  • Private rental of the entire 6,300 sq ft facility – 2.5hrs
  • Includes 2  hours of play in the playspace and 30 min for cake in the cafe
  • Three dedicated staff members for set-up + clean-up
  • 6 large cheese pizzas
  • 20 Balloons
  • 30 Cupcakes (chocolate + vanilla)
  • Drinks (juice, soda, mini water bottles)
  • Paper Products (white dinner + cake plates, napkins, utensils, cups)
  • Goodie Bags
  • Coffee Bar
  • Extra 30 minutes

* Based on 30 kid party (plus parents). Each additional kid over 30 is $15. Add-on options available during booking.

*** Kids play in the playspace for the first 1.5 hours of the party (for the whole shebang you play for 2 hours). The playspace closes for the last 30 minutes of the party and guests are transitioned to the cafe to enjoy your cake or other celebration and say good-bye to guests. Food may be available throughout the party or guests can eat all together just before the cake time.

Semi-Private Parties

  • Semi-Privates are available weekdays and Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
  • Semi-privates take place during our open hours and include private use of our classroom and lounge.
  • The kids share the playspace with the other Little Beans customers.
  • A max of 15 kids (between the ages of 10 months-7 years old) and 30 adults allowed.(Firm max of 15 kids. If the party exceeds the 15 kid or 30 adult limit, each additional child over 15 kids will be charged at $25 and each additional adult will be charged at $5. Parties of 20+ kids and/or 35+ adults are subject to cancellation.)
  • The cost is $175 for the private use of the lounge and classroom for 2 hours PLUS $12 per child attending the party. Rental fee includes: 1 staff member for set-up + clean-up & 30 minutes prior to the party for set-up time.

Ice Cream Shop and Deck Party

  • The cost is $200 for 2 hours.
  • Includes Private use of the ice cream shop and deck
  • Includes up to 30 scoops of ice cream
  • Includes up to 15 kids (between the ages of 10 months-7 years old) and 30 adults (Firm max of 15 kids and 30 adults. If the party exceeds the 15 kid or 30 adult limit, each additional child over 15 kids will be charged at $25 and each additional adult will be charged at $5. Parties of 20+ kids and/or 35+ adults are subject to cancellation.)
  • Includes 1 staff member for set-up and clean-up
  • Includes 30 minutes prior to the party for set-up
  • Option of 10am-12pm on Saturdays or 11am-1pm on Sundays. Available during the week upon request.

* Outside food can be brought in with approval. Some outside food items that require additional set up and maintenance throughout party will incur a $50 disposal fee.
